One more time

Lets do it again!!

My Youtube video is on one of my very early blogs, you will find my wedding dance. Must be love love love. Yes I, have done these tasks randomly. My reading tells me that Youtube has almost one million hits per day. This figure I can only assume that is out-of-date especially now that Google has bought the rights to hosting it.

Podcasts, I have played with these and discovered how to record songs on my computer. It will take a bit more time for me to work out how to upload it to my blog, also a couple of links would not open. So your ears have been spared for now. Perhaps if I win an ipod I will become an afficiado.

Web 2.0
My thoughts: Well I have made a start on my local history wikki, recorded published my wedding, found a best research friend in rollyo... Yipppee, there is so much to explore, so many areas for creativity, so much fun to be had. I feel empowered and enlightened. My computer is capable of so much more than I ever imagined. Already I use many gadgets in my everday life both at home and work such as: Newsfeeds, blogs, facebook, flickr, rollyo. I have started many personal projects such as the Peckham family blog.

How would I improve the process? Whilst I have enjoyed working from my laptop (Baby Gregory) it would have been great to be able to do these activities from work in work time. In reality I have gone off on many tangents and learnt beyond the scope of the tasks set. Lets bring it to the people. Our world is getting smaller. Faster, affordable and reliable technology should be available to all, but I think it may take a generation or so, rather like the telephone, which we didn't have when I was a little girl.

Hobsons Bay Libraries

Just click and you'll find the home of the webolution

delicious and not forgotten things

How good is this, I found the internet brain! should come in handy. It is great to dip my feet in the creative pool of knowledge.

Is the world divided between the techno savvy and old school savvy?
Will a class system for the advanced users of new technologies v's the luddites emerge? I don't think so. The sharing and caring nature of this medium has a techno-spritual basis. It is great to dip my feet in the creative pool of knowledge.

Web 2.0 Awards - Mr Waterbaby looked great with hair! I also found a library which gave away ipods as a staff incentive! Sound familiar?

Library Thing...revisited

Am just finishing up my webolutionary journey & checking that I have completed everything. Surprise surprise already done the LibraryThing. Don't worry am randomly getting over the line.
